Once your order or trailer swap request is confirmed by IPC, we will be on time!  On occasion, if a problem arises that threatens that on-time commitment, we will contact you to see if the schedule can be adjusted and still meet your expectations.  If the schedule can’t be adjusted, our team finds a way to get it there—or we officially record it as a late delivery.  Our team is proud of our on-time record.  In the last seven years, our on-time record by that metric is 260,000-16 for an on-time of 99.99%.  Of course, 100% is always our goal.
